I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had some delays in preparation and lacked a work desk even though I booked an upper-class room. However, the service was exceptional, with attentive staff always ready to assist, and the location was absolutely stunning with beautiful beaches nearby. The dining experience was phenomenal, offering a variety of delicious dishes, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is situated between two floors, which can be a bit inconvenient. The windows are quite low, giving a strange feeling while enjoying the open garden. The cleanliness level needs some improvement for a hotel/resort of this caliber. Despite a two-hour delay past the 3 pm check-in mark, the rooms are excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some disappointing aspects. The hotel's location is a paradise offering endless activities, although evening entertainment options are limited. The rooms were delayed for check-in but were luxurious and spacious. Dining was exceptional, especially at specialty restaurants, yet prices were on the higher side.
